Opuszczona secesyjna kamienica w centrum słowackiego miasteczka. Niegdyś na parterze mieścił się tu sklep, po którym pozostał zniszczony, niedziałający neon z napisem "Kožušnictwo". Karska i Went dokonały charakterystycznej dla ich sztuki renowacji obiektu. Zamieniły zdezelowane litery z podświetlanych kasetonów na fotografie wnętrz i fasady zabytkowej kamienicy. Zwiedzając zakurzone mieszkania znalazły domowe sprzęty, lampę i wciąż wiszące równo w oknach firanki. Zdjęcia, które umieściły w neonie ujawniają wnętrze kamienicy łącznie ze śladami minionej domowej intymności i niejako reklamują ją - tym samym przywrócona została podstawowa funkcja neonu. W nocy neon rozświetla ciemny zaułek ciepłym światłem, jak kiedyś okna, za którymi toczyło się życie.
Abandoned Art Nouveau tenement in the centre of a Slovakian town. Once there used to be a shop on the ground floor and all that is left from the time is a broken neon sign saying "Kožušnictwo". Karska and Went made building renovation which is typical of their art. They replaced dilapidated letters from lit coffers with pictures of the interior and facade of the period tenement. During their visit to the dusty flats they found various appliances, a lamp and sheer curtains which were still hanging neatly. Pictures which they placed in the neon lamp reveal the tenement true interior with remainings of the bygone home intimacy and as it were promote it - and by these means the original function of the neon light was restored. At night, the neon lightens up the dark backstreet with warm light, just as it used to be lightened up by the lights from the windows behind which life was going on.
